Using our Online Reservation, Checkout & Payment

• Hourly bookings are available for 1 to 4 hours. Reservations of four hours or longer are charged at the daily rate.
• Standard duration for dockside-pickup daily rentals is 6 hours.
• Standard duration for 1-day U-Tow rentals is 12 hours.
• Standard duration for multi-day U-Tow rentals is 24hrs for each day booked.

Using Online Reservation and Checkout

• An account is not required, but you may create one.
• Choose your pickup & drop-off dates & times, check availability, add selected vessel to your cart, then proceed to checkout  (you must book each day as a separate cart item if you would like to book multiple days & need the vessel launched & recovered).
• A 25% non-refundable reservation deposit is due at checkout. (vessel availability, weather limitations, and other safety-related exceptions apply)
• Damage Deposit & remainder of balance due is collected in-person during pick up.
• 8.9% local sales tax applies.
• 3% processing fee applies to all credit card transactions.

Tips for a Smooth Online Checkout

• When booking an overnight u-tow rental, select a time on your drop-off day that is the same or earlier than the time selected on your pick-up day. Exceeding 24-hour blocks will result in additional charges being displayed in your online cart.
• We can sometimes accommodate pickup or return times outside of the slots listed on our online reservations calendar. Feel free to message us with your request.
• U-tow discounts are applied during in-person pick up for reservations booked online.
